The first thing you'll notice about our wax melts is that they are highly concentrated, especially compared to brands you've bought at the store. Our tins contain 2-3x the concentration of fragrance compared to most big-box brands. We also care about our customers and only use waxes and fragrances that are free from harsh chemicals.

You'll also notice that our packaging is different from many other brands of wax melts and home fragrances. We use tins so that your wax will stay fresher for longer instead of dissipating into your drawers. We also like tins because it gives the user more control over how much wax to use. You can cut it, scoop it or even put the whole tin on the melter.

We're also a small business that takes pride in the handcrafted nature of our product. We love our customers and strive to add a personal touch to our products and interactions. We love it when our customers love our creations!

The first thing that we (and our kids and our pets!) love about wax melts is that they do not have an open flame. We’re not worried about stray tails or fingers getting caught in the flame. We’re not worried about forgetting to blow a flame out before leaving the house. We’re also not worried about our ceiling being covered in soot over time from the burning of wax. Out of an abundance of caution, we do recommend that our waxes are melted out of the reach of children and pets.

We use 100% petroleum-free soy-based wax that is formulated especially for use in wax melts.

We only use high-end fragrances that are approved for cosmetic use. All of our fragrances are free from pthalates and parabens. We also use fragrances that are made with natural essential oils.

The Ophiri tins are 4 oz in size and will last a long time. We recommend doing one of two things - either cutting them into 6 equal pieces and using 1 small piece at a time or scooping the wax out of the tin with a spoon. Our tins give you the ability to use as much or as little wax as you wish, and we love that they are completely recyclable.

The samples are 1oz and you will get hours of highly-scented burn time from each sample. To dispense the sample you can either squeeze the sides of the sample cup and it will plop into your melter. If you wish to use less than an ounce at a time I recommend scooping some out with a spoon.

We estimate that most users will get approximately 30 hours of melt time per ounce. This will depend on a few factors such as the surface area of your melter.

This means our 1 oz samples should get about 30 hours of use and our 4 oz tins should get about 120 hours of melt time.

If you're unhappy with an item then as long as it's complete and in its original packaging we will accept returns. Please note that we cannot give refunds on wax melts that are used, nor do we give refunds on monthly subscription boxes. We offer samples so that you can try small amounts of a fragrance to see they are a scent that you will enjoy.

Our wax melts are handcrafted by us in our very own facility in Southwest Wisconsin.

We source as many of our raw materials and packaging in the USA as possible. Our raw wax is made in Wisconsin and our fragrances are all made in the USA. Our tins and our shipping boxes are made in the USA. Sourcing goods from close to home is good for our community and good for our environment.
